You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

Tags and packaging are intact

Receipt or proof of purchase is available

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email us at crudeapparel25@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we'll cover return shipping or offer a full refund/replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
